LORD, please help me laugh more.
Not to take life so seriously.
Me, nor my circumstances.
Teach me how to desire YOUR will above all else, so that this life is less threatening.
Less serious.
So much is beyond my control.
But not beyond YOURS . . .
LORD, when I am afraid, I want to trust YOU . . .
How do I find freedom in accepting my boundaries?
Just to stay in my lane 😉
I love hearing my kids and grandkids laugh, don’t YOU like the same?
From them, and from me?
It’s not so easy to enjoy life these days.
There’s not a lot of people in my life who laugh.
Who love to laugh.
It was so easy when Rick was alive.
Even the hard times was easier to enjoy.
I miss that.
How do I do that now?
With YOU?
It’s been such a long time that I have felt the weight of my world on my shoulders.
How do I take YOUR yoke upon me, and learn from YOU?
Please GOD, help me.
In JESUS’ NAME I ask . . .
: Proverbs 17:22 – A joyful heart is good medicine, but a crushed spirit dries up the bones.
- LORD, I ache to have a joyful heart. This crushed spirit has been my companion for so long now. I’m weary of its company.
: Proverbs 31:25 – Strength and dignity are her clothing, and she laughs at the time to come.
- LORD, teach me how to laugh.
: Matthew 1:23 – Behold the virgin shall conceive and bear a son, and they shall call His Name Immanuel (which means, God with us).
- Thank YOU GOD for being with us. Please, stay.
: Matthew 11:29-30 – Take My yoke upon you, and learn from Me, for I AM gentle and lowly in heart, and you will find rest for your souls. For My yoke is easy, and My burden is light.
- LORD, I don’t understand the HOW. Please, Teacher, teach me.
Yoke.
- Working together as a team.
- One leads. One follows.
GOD, please – take the lead. YOU have done this before 😉 YOU have been where we are going 😉
