Lord . . . You are

LORD, if I thought for one heartbeat that YOU were not with me?

I could not do this life.

Not one heartbeat.

Thank YOU GOD that YOU are not limited to time or space.

Thank YOU GOD for being so much bigger than my humanity.

YOU are already in the next 5 minutes of my life – until this life is no more for me.

My future is in YOUR Hands.

Please, help me live this life – moment by moment.

Just breathing.

And trusting YOU with all my heart.

With all my life.

Teach me how to live in this day.

Not worrying about tomorrow, or any of my tomorrows.

Teach me how to plan, and how to pray.

But how to live TODAY.

: Matthew 6:34 – Therefore do not be anxious about tomorrow, for tomorrow will be anxious for itself. Sufficient for the day is its own trouble.

• LORD, this is hard to live. Please help me live it better, closer.

: John 10:10 – The thief comes only to steal and kill and destroy. I came that they may have life and have it abundantly.

• LORD, please help me to live this life that YOU have come to make for me.

: James 4:13-15 – Come now, you who say, “Today or tomorrow we will go into such and such a town and spend a year there and trade and make a profit” – yet you do not know what tomorrow will bring. What is your life? For you are a mist that appears for a little time and then vanishes. Instead you ought to say, “If the Lord wills, we will live and do this or that.” As it is, you boast in your arrogance. All such boasting is evil. So whoever knows the right thing to do and fails to do it, for him it is sin.
