Lord, You . . .

LORD, I pray for eyes to see things more and more from YOUR Perspective.

YOU are not bothered by the little things that change my plans.

YOU are not caught by surprise, nor are YOU shocked.

YOU see, YOU hear, YOU know.

LORD, I pray for the Peace of GOD – YOUR Peace.

YOUR Peace that YOU know.

YOUR Peace that guards YOUR Heart and YOUR Mind.

YOU are not troubled.

YOU are not dismayed.

YOU are not discouraged.

YOU are not down-cast.

YOU just know. past, present, and future.

YOU are already there.

YOU were, YOU are, YOU will be.

Please, help me say, “Oh well” with a smile, and a lighter heart, a freer spirit.

Trusting YOU, LORD, when I am afraid.

Trusting YOU, LORD, with all my heart.

Leaning not on my own understanding.

In all my ways, acknowledging YOU . . .

YOU will order my steps and direct my paths.
