Love . . .

LORD GOD, I miss my Sweetheart so much.

He had such a way of making me to know that he loved me - only his love for YOU was above his love for me. 

And I want others in my life to know, without question or doubt, that I love them - in like manner. 

As I face this day, please, help me give myself fully & completely to the adventure of this day.

Teach me how to walk boldly along the path of Life – YOUR Life that YOU would live in me, through me.

YOU are my Ever-Present Companion.

The realization grows ever deeper, wider, stronger and sweeter.

My humanity of fear and worry stomps its feet in protest of trusting YOU with all my heart.

LORD, help me trust YOU.

And to simply face the troubles and problems as they are – not creating them better, nor worse.

Not anticipating them either.

LORD, teach me how to fix my eyes on YOU – the Author and Perfecter of my faith.

I wonder how many of my troubles and problems would be like a mirage on a hot summer day if I truly focused on YOU?

Thank YOU GOD that nothing, not even my humanity, can take me away from YOUR Presence, nor can anything cause YOU to let go of me.
