Help . . .

GOD, grant that YOUR Face will be shining upon me, upon us.

May we know YOUR Peace, which passes all understanding.

Our own understanding is like trying to smell the color 9, or nail Jell-O to the wall!

GOD, there is a great sea of problems all around me this morning.

The waves are pounding.

The waters are screaming.

Please, help me focus on YOU.

YOU are the Master of the winds and the waves.

YOU are GOD of the seas.

YOU are . . .

Time after time when I take my eyes off YOU, I begin to sink – and that’s when the panic rises in me.

Please, help me focus – on YOU.

Listen to YOUR Voice, for YOUR Voice.

When I an afraid, LORD, I will trust in YOU . . .

And these days, there is so little that I am not afraid of, so few times when fear is not a constant companion.

BUT GOD – YOU are Greater!!!!!

Please, help me laugh.

• Master of the seas, please save me! My faith is so little, my weariness is so great!

: Hebrews 12:1-2 – Therefore, since we are surrounded by so great a cloud of witnesses, let us also lay aside every weight, and the sin which clings so closely, and let us run with endurance the race that is set before us, looking to Jesus, the Founder and Perfecter of our Faith, Who for the joy that was set before Him endured the Cross, despising the shame, and is seated at the Right Hand of the Throne of GOD.
