Security

LORD, the security of my Salvation in YOU is what keeps me going.

If it were not for YOU holding to my hand, I would have already fallen into the pit.

I realize now how that I leaned so heavily on Rick to get me through the hard and dark moments of life – not sure yet whether that was a right thing, or a wrong thing.

Maybe I leaned too much on him?

Maybe it was ok, since we were one in YOU?

But now, as a widow.

GOD, I have only YOU to lean on.

Only YOU to hold my hand.

Only YOU to walk with, and talk with.

YOU are stuck with me 😉 and all my craziness, lol.

Thank YOU for that eternal security.

How do I live this day though?

To carry my cross today?

My memories are strong.

But so are the worries and fears of the future strong.

How do I keep to this day?

Please, Help me trust YOU . . .

GOD, how I need YOU . . .

• I love these words – “who by God’s power are being guarded through faith for a Salvation ready to be revealed in the last time.” Just to know that it is YOUR Power which guards me. If GOD is for us, who can be against us? 😊

: Psalm 37:23-24 – The steps of a man are established by the Lord, when He delights in his way; though he fall, he shall not be cast headlong, for the Lord upholds his hand.

• LORD, please, hold me, my hand, all of me.

: Psalm 18:30 – This God – His way is perfect; the Word of the Lord proves true; He is a Shield for all those who take refuge in Him.

• This GOD, is our GOD!!!!!
