Adversity as a blessing?

LORD GOD of all time, and all that was – all that is – all that will be.

LORD GOD, I seek YOU in these morning quiets.

I cry out to YOU through these days and nights.

Teach me how to seek YOU in the midst of chaos calling.

Teach me how to not let unexpected problems, and issues, changes, to distract me from YOUR Presence with me.

Help me to talk with YOU above everything.

Not to talk to others so much 😉

Teach me how to watch, and wait, with expectation and confidence – to see what YOU will do.

It’s hard not to think that I am being punished when things go wrong, or just don’t go right.

How do I view adversity as a blessing in disguise?

Help me to make YOU my Refuge – and to pour my heart out to YOU . . . trusting YOU at all times, even more when I am afraid.

: Psalm 105:3 – Glory in His Holy Name; let the hearts of those who seek the Lord rejoice!

  • LORD, teach me, and help me, to rejoice in YOUR NAME!!!!!

: Psalm 55:17 – Evening and morning and at noon I utter my complaint and moan, and He hears my voice.

  • Thank YOU GOD for understanding me, so completely.

: Psalm 32:6 – Therefore let everyone who is godly offer prayer to You at a time when You may be found; surely in the rush of great waters, they shall not reach him.

  • LORD, please help me find YOU . . .

: Psalm 62:8 – Trust in Him at all times, O people; pour out your heart before Him; God is a Refuge for us.

  • LORD GOD, here I am. just as I am. YOURS . . .
