Thank You, Lord . . .

LORD GOD, Thank YOU for Loving me with an Everlasting Love.

Thank YOU that before time began, YOU knew me.

So much of my life seems to have been just swimming around in a sea of meaningless – always searching for love and acceptance, hoping for hope.

Especially in these years since Rick died. 

YOU have pursued me.

YOU now hold me.

Embracing me in YOUR Compassionate Arms.

YOU Love me – just as I am.

More than I am.

More than I deserve.

YOU accept me – just as I am.

YOU understand me, completely.

LORD GOD, Thank YOU for choosing to reveal YOURSELF to me.

Little by little.

Moment by moment.

Breath by breath.

Thank YOU for lifting me out of the muck and the mire, the despair.

Thank YOU for setting me upon the Solid ROCK of JESUS . . .

Thank YOU for YOUR Robe of CHRIST’S Righteousness, and for singing over me – quieting me with YOUR Love.

YOU are the Meaning of my life.

YOU are the Harmony of my heart.

LORD, please – use me as a beacon of YOUR Light.

That others will see and be drawn to YOU . . .
