LORD, I pray that I am on the path of YOUR choosing.
That there is no randomness about my life.
No hit or miss.
This has always baffled me.
I have heard that YOU have a plan A and a plan B – a perfect will, and a permissive will.
Where am I in all of this?
Now, as a widow alone, without Rick?
How do I not let the moments of this day fall through my fingers like sand?
How do I not worry about my tomorrows?
How do I not fear a future unknown?
YOU are GOD.
YOU are not limited by time or space.
YOU can do anything YOU want to do.
What do YOU want to do in my life, for my life, with my life?
LORD, I want to be intimately connected with YOU – walking with YOU, talking with YOU, listening, trusting and obeying.
How do I give myself more to a life of constant communion with YOU?
How do I be free to let YOUR SPIRIT direct my steps?
How do I be enabled to walk on this path of Peace, with YOU?
: Luke 12:25-26 – And which of you by being anxious can add a single hour to his span of life? If then you are not able to do as small a thing as that, why are you anxious about the rest?
- LORD, help me not be anxious. But rather, Just Breathe.
: Jude 24-25 – Now to Him Who is able to keep you from stumbling and to present you blameless before the Presence of His Glory with great joy, to the only God, our Savior, through Jesus Christ our Lord, be glory, majesty, dominion, and authority, before all time and now and forever. Amen.
