LORD, today I am weak, and weary.
The storms – weather and life – increase my anxiety, and my head hurts.
Even when the storms – weather or life – are not right here on top of me, they are in the distance, growing, approaching.
I don’t know if they will turn away, dissipate, or be full blown.
Will they bring rains to refresh and water?
Or will they bring destruction and great changes?
YOU are the MASTER of the winds and waves – in weather, and in life.
LORD, it’s been a long road and this life-path has been so difficult.
Only YOU know just how needy of YOU I am.
May these faltering steps I take be evidence of YOUR Presence in my life.

: John 17:20-23 – “I do not ask for these only, but also for those who will believe in me through their word, that they may all be one, just as You, Father, are in Me, and I in You, that they also may be in Us, so that the world may believe that You have sent Me. The Glory that You have given Me I have given to them, that they may be one even as We are One. I in them and You in Me, that they may become perfectly one, so that the world may know that You sent Me and Loved them even as You Loved Me.”

: Isaiah 40:28-31 – Have you not known? Have you not heard? The Lord is the Everlasting God, the Creator of the ends of the earth. He does not faint or grow weary; His Understanding is unsearchable. He gives Power to the faint, and to him who has no might He increases Strength. Even youths shall faint and be weary, and young men shall fall exhausted; but they who wait for the Lord shall renew their Strength; they shall mount up with wings like eagles; they shall run and not be weary; they shall walk and not faint.
